Was this lady on dope or something? They told her they didn’t have any McNuggets and told her to choose something else from the menu and she kept bitching because they wouldn’t give her money back, probably because she drove away and called 911!
Then to save face, MickyD’s turns around and apologizes to the lady and tells her she will get reimbursed and that her next visit to MickyD’s will be on them. That’s just customer service. SHE should be apologizing to them and I hope she gets fined by the police for misuse of the 911 emergency system!
